Michael has more than 30 years’ experience in financial services, including senior executive roles at NAB, Macquarie, HSBC Bank Australasia & CUSCAL. He is currently NED of Kepner-Tregoe and Regional Australia Bank.

Michael brings a deep understanding of banking, finance, and customer-owned organisations to the Our Guard Board.

Stephen has more than 30 years' experience in insurance in Australia, Asia, and Europe. His career included 5 years as Vice President for Citibank NA in Australia and more than 19 as a Senior Vice President of Chubb.

Prior to commencing his professional Non-Executive Director career, Stephen spent 8 years as the Asian Regional MD for FPG Insurance.

Charlie has over 25-years’ experience in General Insurance in Australia and is a Fellow of the Actuaries Institute of Australia. He is the CEO of Picnic Labs.

For 9 years he was Chief Actuary of Youi Insurance  and has held actuarial roles at FAI and Suncorp, where he was the principal actuary for 10 years.

His extensive professional career has covered all aspects of insurance operations, pricing, underwriting, product design, reinsurance, plus capital and financial management.

Simone is the Chief Actuary for Picnic Labs and the appointed CEO of Our Guard.

She spent 9 years at Youi as Head of Corporate Actuarial and the Appointed Actuary. Simone commenced her career in Actuarial Services at APRA.

She is also  Vice Chair of the Catastrophe & Reinsurance Symposium, an event for leading scientists, modellers, and industry professionals to learn the latest in managing and modelling catastrophic events.

Anthony has more than 25 years of Board level experience with particular expertise in insurance, risk, mutual, AFS licensees & associated investment activities.

His career has spanned roles including as a Non-Executive Director, Chair, Company Secretary, as a Member of Audit, Risk and Group Investment Committee Member and, as a CEO.

Chris is the Head of Financial Lines for Picnic Labs.

He has extensive insurance experience, across product design, brokerage, reinsurance, portfolio management, underwriting and claims.

His career has spanned Australia and the UK, working with organisations including AIG, Swiss Re Suncorp and IAG.
